CRYSTAL CAVE is the home of spectacular waterfalls, stalactites, stalagmites and may other splendid formations!! The cave has a constant temperature of 59 degrees,with natural pathways, handrails, and stone steps. It is state inspected and hosts guided tours daily.

THE PHILOSOPHY of the owners of Crystal Cave since its opening in 1893 has been to portray a beautiful cave in its original, natural state so that visitors can enjoy the marvels of God's handiwork.

Come and see the Upside Down Well, Rainbow Falls, The Catherdral, The Castle, fossil crinoids, rare Indian symbols. and the Crystal Cave Gift Shop.

Crystal Cave contains unique formations seldom found or seen in any other cave....

Several sections of the cave have been recently opened and are now being shown for the first time!!

CRYSTAL CAVE is a "living cave" in its natural state.

To help you find us, here is where we're located!! Easy to find, just follow Hsy H five miles north of Springfield, Mo. Just take Exit 80B off Interstate 44 and travel north on Hwy H to the intersection of Hwy H and Hwy KK. Turn LEFT and Crystal Cave is on your immediate right...Look for the Signs!

Some of the Outstanding Attractions Found in Crystal Cave

• THE UPSIDE DOWN WELL
  A most unusual solution cavity extending 12 feet up in the roof rock and only 6 or 7 feet in diameter.
  
  
• RAINBOW FALLS
  A flowstone formation showing the beautiful colors of Nature.
  
  
• THE CATHEDRAL
  A splendid complex of stalactites, stalagmites, columns, draperies, flowstone cones, popcorn, grapes, and coral.

  Unique amoung Ozark caves ... Some are perfect fossil crinoid calyxes.
